new paint from blue moon kustoms

Five years ago we ran a Honda CB450 Cafe by Garage Co. Customs with some crazy paint from Blue Moon Kustoms, based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Does it look familiar?

We’ve got some more recent pics from Jayme Schmidt of his latest work:

Jayme did up the paint for Steve Luckett, who did the actual build. Steve wanted something in blue kandies over metalflakes and sent Jayme the parts in bare metal.

The parts needed quite a bit of love to get them straight enough to shoot. The overall build came out really sweet with a springer front end, backwards (?) handlebar, no front brake, kick-starter, hard tail with spring seat, rad exhausts, and the list goes on.

Jayme thinks that at around 1 gallon, this may be the smallest tank he’s ever done.
