Got an excellent email from Travis Bennington about his 1981 Yamaha SR250 Bobber.

Travis is an attorney. As it turns out, those motorcycle riding lawyers aren’t all just weekend warriors. Travis spent his life as an artist. He’s worked with paint, has done metal work, design, and more. Not to mention, he made this sweet build.

We’ve all got our muses. I think part of why I like this build so much is because it comes from Travis’ own muse, and that’s his wife. That kind of woman and that kind of relationship is all too hard to come by these days. Well done Travis and wifey.

See, Travis made a painting of his wife a year ago, and he liked the colors of it. When he decided to build an old school bobber from a 1981 Yamaha SR250 he chose to use the color scheme from the painting.

Nice piece of work you got there Travis, way to go brother!
