bikerMetric

pre-post-apocalyptic motorcycle design day

yes, it’s end of the world fashion, custom metric motorbike style. posters, clothing, and death defying gas tanks.

first up is john ryland’s new stuff. he’s got a couple of nice posters and a great new t-shirt:

john has a unique style i’ve been keeping an eye on for nine or ten months. he has worked mostly with yamaha viragos, but currently has a honda cm185, a suzuki gs750, and a yamaha xs650 he’s messing with.

john and his wife also make table lamps out of discarded motorcycle parts such as springs and sprockets. today, this is my favorite t-shirt:

i hassled him on twatter and his website last night as i was getting loaded on beer about his new chain link logo which is reminiscent of my RUSTYMETRIC logo.

all in good fun. john’s stuff is always great, no matter what he’s doing. visit classified moto to see more.

and now to get really hard. here are two of the most deadly gas tanks i have ever seen.

they are made in hollywood, california, by atomic 26 fab. this punk chopper styled company also makes handlebars and what they call “anti fashion gear” for the punk biker. they’re giving away a tank to one of the first 100 dudes and dudettes who register on their website. seems they’re half way there, so sign up and maybe you’ll score the tank.

as always, when contacting a company you found on bikerMetric, please tell ’em i sent you.
